Introduction


CHARACTERISTICS

Ivory powder, soluble in water, dispersible in hot water and fat. Have the function of emulsifier, dispersion, chelation, antioxidant, starch anti-aging and control of fat accumulation.

 

APPLICATION FIELD OR USES

Stabilizer in cooking oils and margarine. Enhances stability of antioxidants. It enhances dough performances of flours. It is used for emulsifying fat products, dairy products, grease, meat, enhancing its stability, taste and texture.It is used in improving efficiency and solubilization for ice cream, chocolate, candy.


HOW TO USE IT AND DOSAGE

Add it to water with a temperature around 60 °C, make it pasty consistency, and then use it in an appropriate proportion.The max dosage for fat emulsion products is 1.5g/Kg


PACKING FEATURES

Aluminized bag vacuum packing with nitrogen inside. Net weight: 25KG/CTN(5*5KG).


STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Seal and store at low temperatures, dry, cool and well-ventilated place. It's strictly prohibited to store and transport with explosive material or damaging.
