Introduction


CHARACTERISTICS

Yellow viscous liquid, insoluble in cold water and ethanol, soluble in hot grease, non-ionic water-oil emulsifier (W / O).


APPLICATION FIELD OR USES


1)It serves to produce better quality chocolate reducing cocoa oil quantity in chocolate industry.

2)It provides easier discharge property eliminating bubble formation and empty holes.

3)It serves to produce chocolate with desired requirement.

4)It doesn??t have any bad odor. It has a good thermal stability. It is suitable to use together with lecithin. It makes the process easier.                                                           

5)In humid conditions, it can reduce the viscosity, and form chocolate sugar coat quickly, also accelerate its conglutination and increase adhesion, reducing the small pores.


HOW TO USE IT AND DOSAGE

The maximum suggested for cocoa products and related, candy, chocolate coated products, ice cream coating: 5.0g/kg


PACKING FEATURES

Steel drum with plastic inside, or pasteboard barrel or box with plastic bag packing inside.,Net weight: 50kg or 180kg.

 

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Seal and store at low temperatures, dry, cool and well-ventilated place.It's strictly prohibited to store and transport with explosive material or damaging.
